Project Description:

The client brought us this beautiful lakefront property in the City of Auburndale, FL for due diligence and conceptual subdivision design. We determined that the project did not require Land Use or Rezoning Amendments and could move forward straight into design and permitting. We also completed pre-application meetings and assisted the client with obtaining proposals for surveying, engineering, and environmental from other trusted consultants.
