The client reached out to us in order to explore the infill redevelopment development of the property located in the City of Tampa, FL. The three properties were impacted during the recent hurricanes which caused severe flooding in the area. Our firm completed due diligence on the property, prepared conceptual development plans, attended pre-application meetings, and have the potential to file a Planned Development rezoning application for the prospective infill development.
