Jarice Barbee, a seasoned professional planner, has dedicated his career to both the Public and Private Sectors, achieving notable successes with engineering and land development firms. His Private Sector experience encompasses extensive due diligence, conceptual site design, land use, and land entitlements. Jarice has also worked with Public Sector clients in Strategic Planning, and on Evaluation and Appraisal reports for Comprehensive Plans.
In addition to his proven track record, Jarice holds the prestigious AICP certification as a Professional Planner and possesses an accredited degree in Urban Planning. His passion lies in collaborating with clients and regulators to formulate projects and plans that not only meet but often exceed regulations, all while prioritizing quality design. Jarice is highly adept at Public Hearing representation and provides proficient technical analysis to support compelling arguments.
